Karnataka State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (KSRLPS), under the Skill Development, Entrepreneurships and Livelihood Department, Government of Karnataka intends to invite the EOI proposal from the Organizations/Agencies which are registered under Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and having valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameena Kaushalya Yojana 2.0 (DDUGKY 2.0) project (Regular and Captive) in the State of Karnataka for 2026-27.
The Organizations/agencies with expertise in the listed below sectors (but not limited to) and willingness to impart high quality training and provide placement opportunities are invited to express their interest.

Interested Organizations/Agencies may submit their proposal adhering to the procedures and guidelines of DDU-GKY 2.0 published by MoRD, GoI along with the nonrefundable Application fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees only) plus applicable GST via MoRD portal online https//kaushal.rural.gov.in. After clearing the initial screening, the applicant agencies shall be intimated to deposit Rs. 1,25,000/- (One Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees only) plus applicable GST for Quality Appraisal (QA).
The Application fee for initial screening of proposal should be paid through NEFT/RTGS in Hyderabad, favor of National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayath Raj (NIRDPR) раyable at with the following Bank detail:
