CGSRLM – Bihan inviting Project Proposals for skill training in the State of Chhattisgarh

National Rural Livelihood Mission, MORD. GoI is implementing placement linked skills development program named Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY).  Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (CGSRLM – Bihan ) is the Nodal Agency to implement the program in the State.

CGSRIM (Bihan) invites proposal from registered Project Implementation Agency (PIA with valid PRN No ) with MORD. Govt of India for the implementation of DDU-GKY & Roshni project in the state. Interested agencies may submit their proposals online at erp.ddugky.info along with application fee of Rs. 25000/- to be paid to the following bank account number

The application for Roshni Project should also be done on erp.ddugky.info.  Interested PIAs has to select Roshni from the drop-down menu while applying for the projects in Roshni districts.

As per Notification No 17/2018 dated 10 July, 2018 it is here by stated that the detailed guidelines of the Notification No. 20/2017 dated 3 April 2017 is modified and according to the new revised provisions. A project application for DDU-GKY project including Himayat & Roshni project has to be filed only on designated portal (erp.ddugky.info) User name for a PIA is PRN allowed to the organization and the initial

Project qualitative apprarsal fee would be applicable separately to those projects which are recommended for qualitative appraisal in initial screening stage. The fee would be notified separately.

Submission of proposals is a continuous process & the cutoff date for this round of application would be 03 March, 2021. The proposals submitted on or before 03 March, 2021 would be considered in this round & application received after aforesaid date shall be considered in next round of application subject to the availability of targets with the state.

The priority order of the application will be decided on the basis of MoRD Notification no 20/2017 dated 03 April 2017, however, PIAs who have applied as a “Captive employer” or can provide ‘captive placement’ (as defined in the DDU-GKY guideline) would be given preference across the PIA categories. Preference will also be given to the PIAs who have experience in training & placement of ‘Divyang’ (PWD) & wish to apply exclusively for ‘Divyang Candidates’.

The application process is a completely online process hence there is no need to send the hard copy of documents. The entire process of application of proposals screening selection will be done strictls as per the guidelines & norms laid out by MoRD for the purpose. Allotment of the districts may be done by CGSRLM based on the requirement demand.
