Hyderabad : Telangana Jagruthi President and Nizamabad MP Kavitha met Australian high commissioner Harinder Sidhu and Consulate general Sean Kelly in Hyderabad, seeking their support for skill development training programmes to be conducted in the state.
“Companies all over world are facing the problem of skilled and trained employees. Even Hyderabad is developing at a rapid pace, companies from all over world are setting their operations in the city. Sensing the need for skill development among youth, government has set up Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) and focusing on skill development training as a priority,” said Kavitha speaking to Harinder Sidhu and Sean Kelly.
Kavitha also explained about the skill development training centres being run by Telangana Jagruthi to impart skills to youth of the state. After listening to Kavitha on efforts being made for skill development training in the state, both Australian high commissioner Harinder Sidhu and Consulate general assured of support from Australia government to be set up skill development training programmes in Telangana.
